Digital products are generally non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded or access has been used.

Exceptions (Technical Issues)

If you face a technical problem (e.g., corrupted file, failed/duplicate charge, link not working), please email support@isolutionsdigital.com within 24 hours of purchase. Include:

  • Order number and purchase email
  • Issue description and screenshots (if applicable)

We’ll troubleshoot promptly and may re-issue access or provide a resolution at our discretion.

Cancellations

Cancellations are not supported after payment is completed.
